浆纱用油脂对浆液浆膜性能的影响

         

摘要

讨论了浆纱用油脂合成中常用的几类乳化剂对浆液黏度及热黏度稳定性的影响规律,分别制备以异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚类及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类为乳化剂的浆纱用油脂,对比两种油脂对浆料浆膜性能及浆液对粗纱黏附性能的影响.结果表明,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂OP-10和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂TO-10对浆液不增黏;油脂的加入会削弱浆膜的断裂强力、伸长率、耐屈曲次数及浆液对纤维的黏附性能.%The effect of several kinds of common emulsifier in sizing grease synthesis on slurry viscosity and thermal stability of viscosity were discussed.Heterogeneous alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as emulsifier in sizing grease was prepared and compared with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether grease in sizing property and grout slurry on the roving adhesion properties.The results show that OP-10 do TO-10 do not increase theviscosity of the slurry and TO-10 meets environmental standards;The addition of grease will weaken the breaking strength,elongation at break,the number of resistance to buckling and the adhesion of the size to the fiber.
