云南田、地2种栽培方式对大麦籽粒品质影响的研究

             

摘要

为了研究云南田、地2种栽培方式对大麦主要品质的影响,选取11个大麦品种分别采用田、地2种方式种植,在收获之后,利用近红外谷物分析仪测定大麦籽粒水分、蛋白质、淀粉和粗纤维含量.分析表明,所有参试大麦品种籽粒的水分、淀粉含量均是田栽培方式比地栽培方式含量低;蛋白质含量则是田栽培比地栽培高;除云大麦9号田栽培的粗纤维含量比地栽培的高外,其他品种均是田栽培的粗纤维含量比地栽培的低.田、地2种栽培方式对大麦籽粒水分、蛋白质、淀粉、粗纤维含量均达极显著影响(P <0.01);田、地2种栽培方式下,六棱和二棱大麦的水分、蛋白质和粗纤维含量均达极显著差异(P <0.01),其中六棱大麦这2种栽培方式籽粒淀粉含量达显著差异(P <0.05),二棱大麦籽粒淀粉含量达极显著差异(P <0.01);栽培方式和棱型均对大麦品质性状有较大影响.%With the purpose of assessing the effects of two cultivation modes on the main qualitative traits of barley in Yunnan, eleven barley varieties were planted with two modes: being planted in an irrigated field and in a rain-fed field. After harvesting, the contents of water, protein, starch, and crude fiber in barley grain were measured by a near-infrared grain analyzer, and were subsequently analyzed.As a result, all tested varieties grown in the irrigated field showed lower water and starch contents, but higher protein content than those in the rain-fed field. While the variety 'Yundamai 9' grown in the irrigated field had a higher crude fiber content than that in the rain-fed field, the others grown in the irrigated field consistently had lower crude fiber contents than those in the rain-fed field. The two cultivation modes led to very significant (P < 0.01) differences in the contents of water, protein, starch, and crude fiber in barley grain.The two cultivation modes caused very significant (P < 0.01) differences in water, protein, and crude fiber contents in both six-rowed and two-rowed barley varieties. The two modes led to significant (P < 0.05) differences in starch content in six-rowed barley varieties, and very significant (P < 0.01) differences in starch content in two-rowed barley varieties. Barley grain grown in the irrigated field has a higher protein content and a lower crude fiber content, which are more suitable for feed barley. Therefore, different barley varieties should be cultivated with different cultivation modes to produce high-quality grain with high contents of specific nutrients.
