世界大麦消费的现状及特点

This article analyzed the current situation of global barley consumption with respect to its consumption structure,major con-sumption countries,trade,and import and export markets. Barley is mainly used as feed globally,which accounts for 68. 39% of its total consumption. There are ten major barley consumption countries in the world,whose consumption levels have varied greatly with the year;European Union has the largest consumption,followed by Russia. An upward trend is shown in the total barley consumption, and import and export trade volumes of the world,while different continents and countries have substantially different barley consump-tion levels. Both of barley import and export markets are relatively concentrated,with the former largely distributed in Asia and the lat-ter in Europe.%从消费结构、主要消费国、贸易及进出口市场方面分析了世界大麦消费的现状。大麦消费用途以饲料为主，平均占总消费量的68.39%。10大主要消费国（地区）的消费量随年度不同变化较大，总体上以欧盟的消费量最高，其次是俄罗斯。世界大麦的总消费量、进出口贸易量均呈上升趋势，不同洲、不同国家间消费水平差异较大；进出口区域较集中，进口以亚洲为主，出口以欧洲为主。
