汽车前保险杠注塑模浇注系统优化设计

摘要

针对某汽车前保险杠在注塑成型过程中产生的缺陷,利用Moldflow软件进行了注塑成型过程的模拟分析,找出了缺陷产生的原因,并依此对原注塑模浇注系统方案进行了优化.采用优化设计后的浇注系统实际生产结果表明,产品质量和外观均达到了技术要求.%To eliminate the injection molding defect of the car front bumper, software Moldfiow is used to simulate and analyze the injection molding process and identify the cause of the defect, and based on this the gating system of the original injection molding plan was optimized. The results of production with the optimized gating system indicate that product quality and exterior appearance satisfy technical requirement.
