GDI汽油车PM2.5数量排放研究

             

摘要

利用固体颗粒测量设备MEXA-1000SPCS,对满足京吁排放标准的欧美日及国产中小排量典型GDI汽油车进行了PM2.5排放测试,并进行冷、热起动对比试验。结果表明,满足京吁排放标准的GDI汽油车其PM2.5数量排放基本在2.14×1012~5.12×1012区间,数量级为1012;冷起动是GDI汽油车产生PM2.5排放的主要原因;瞬时加速是GDI汽油车产生PM2.5排放的主要工况。%Using solid particle measuring equipment MEXA-1000SPCS to test the overseas GDI gasoline vehicles (from the European, U.S and Japanese automakers) and some typical homemade medium and small-displacement GDI gasoline vehicles which satisfy Beijing V emission standard regarding PM2.5 emission, and the contrast test on the cold and hot starting is also carried out. The results show that currently PM2.5 emission produced by GDI gasoline vehicles which satisfy Beijing V emission standard basically falls in the range of 2.14í1012~5.12í1012, order of magnitude is 1012. Cold start is the main contributor of PM2.5 emissions of GDI gasoline vehicle. Instantaneous acceleration is the main working condition that produces PM2.5 emissions of GDI gasoline vehicle.
