烟气脱硫脱硝装置仪表选型方法

The method and principle of instrument selection in flue gas desulfurization and denitration plant with heat conducting oil boiler in chemical plant are introduced.According to practical application experience,working conditions of abrasion,corrosion and easily blocked are common in desulfurization and denitration plant.The requirement on instrument material and type selection are high.Type selection for key control parameters of pressure,flow,liquid level,density,pH and control valve are analysed.Suitable selection can ensure the effect of flue gas treatment and stable installation operation,as well as prolong instrument service life.%介绍了化工厂导热油锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝联合装置中的仪表选型原则和方法.根据实际使用经验,烟气脱硫脱硝装置普遍存在磨损、腐蚀和易堵工况,对仪表材质及选型的要求较高,重点对压力、流量、密度、液位、pH值等主要控制参数的仪表选型以及控制阀选型进行了分析.合理的选型可以保证烟气处理效果和装置稳定运行,延长仪表使用寿命.
