循环流化床锅炉控制系统先进控制技术应用

         

摘要

为保证装置长期平稳运行,实现精细化生产,“卡边”生产,提高产品的产量和质量,针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉运行自控率低、运行不稳定、能耗较高、操作难度较大等问题,采用通用燃烧优化控制技术(BCS),包括专家算法、软测量技术、各种控制模型的应用,通过OPC通信技术进行数据传输,实现了关键控制回路的优化控制.应用表明:该系统节能效果十分明显,经济效益突出,操作工反应控制良好,装置运行更加平稳.%To ensure long time smooth equipment running,realize the fine production,the expert experience production and improve product yield and quality,and aiming at the problems of low automatic control rate,unstable operation,high energy consumption and difficulty in operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB),through the OPC communication technology for data transmission,the application of the general combustion optimization control technology (BCS),including expert algorithm,soft measurement technology,all kinds of control model,the optimal control of the key control loop is achieved.The application shows that the energy saving of the system is obvious,the economic benefit is prominent,the operator's reaction control is good,and the operation of the device is more stable.
