工业无线监测系统的设计与应用

     

摘要

The traditional industrial monitoring system uses the cable transmission signal,cable laying construction period is long,the cost is high;Long-term wear or complex environment caused aging line failure,maintenance and demanding;When monitoring position changes or adds new monitoring stations,need rewiring.According to the above problems,this paper introduced a wireless monitoring system,industrial system with wireless RTU to collect industrial site multiple monitoring data,the transmission of data to the control system using ZigBee technology.Has been successfully used for gas leakage monitoring,the system running results show that the system not only can solve the problem of site wiring trouble,but also connect seamlessly with the condition of existing instrument,meanwhile also has advantages of stable performance,reliable data,easy installation.%传统工业监测系统采用电缆传输信号,电缆铺设施工周期长、成本高;长期磨损或复杂的环境造成线路老化产生故障时,维护费时费力;当监测点位置发生改变或添加新的监测点时,需要重新布线.针对上述问题,该文介绍了一套工业无线监测系统,系统用无线RTU采集工业现场多个监测点的数据,利用ZigBee技术,将数据传输到控制系统.该系统已成功用于天然气泄漏监测,运行结果表明,该系统不仅解决了现场布线麻烦的问题,又可与工况中已有仪表无缝连接,同时还具有性能稳定、数据可靠、安装简单等优点.
