感应加热电源功率的复合控制

     

摘要

由于感应加热电源具有非线性、大滞后、模型不确定性等特点,一般控制算法很难对系统进行很好的控制.针对以上问题,提出了一种新型自适应神经模糊控制系统ANFIS,并设计了ANFIS与PID复合控制器控制感应加热电源输出功率.ANFIS是根据大量实验数据,通过自适应方法建立起来的模糊推理系统,其中的模糊规则和隶属度函数,是神经网络用“混合法(Hybrid)”计算得出的.在此基础上,设计了权值可连续调节的ANFIS和PID复合控制器,并根据实验数据采用最小二乘拟合求得权值和误差分段拟合曲线,构建S-函数模块对权值进行连续调节.通过Simulink建模及仿真,验证了ANFIS和PID复合控制器超调小、响应快的特点,适用于感应加热电源功率控制.%With characteristics of modeling difficulty,nonlinearity,large delay,the common control algorithm could not control the induction heating power supply very well.Aiming at the problems above,this paper proposed a new adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS),and designed a compound controller by combing ANFIS and PID to control the power of induction heating power supply.ANFIS is a fuzzy inference system established by adaptive method based on a large number of experimental data.Among this system,the fuzzy rules and the membership functions can be calculated by using neural network with the method of "Hybrid".On this basis,it was possible to design an ANFIS and PID compound controller and its weights could be regulated continuously.Moreover,according to the experimental data,it can be obtained the segmented fitted curve of weights and error by least-square fitting method.Establishing a S-function module to give weights a successive regulation.By SIMULINK modding and simulation,the compound controller can be proved that it possesses these advantages:small overshoot,fast response,and it is suitable for power control of induction heating power supply.
