基于电源线载波的单线通讯系统设计

     

摘要

该文针对利用电源线进行长距离信号传输的特殊要求,设计了一种基于电源线载波的单线通讯系统.以FPGA为核心,以MOS管实现调制器,以光电耦合器实现接收器,分别设计了发送单元和接收单元,发送单元对接收单元完成供电的同时实现信号传输.测试结果表明,系统能够通过自定义通信协议进行长距离信号传输,在20m的距离内,波特率可达10 kb/s.相比于采用专用电力载波芯片的系统,该系统具有简单可靠、通信速率快等优点,目前已在数据采集平台成功取得实际应用.%A single line communication system based on power line carrier is designed according to the special requirement of long distance signal transmission by using power line.FPGA was designed as the core of this system.The modulator and the receiver of this system are designed based on MOSFET and a photocoupler respectively.The modulator transmits signal to the receiver while powering it.Test results show that the system can carry out long distance signal transmission through a custom communication protocol.In 20-meter transmission distance,the baud rate of this system is up to 10 kb/s.Compared with the system based on dedicated power carrier chips,this system is simple and reliable.It has been applied to a data acquisition platform successfully.
