电子凸轮技术在胶囊壳生产线中的应用研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem that there is a problem of stopping and not smoothing when there is a multi-speed transition in the servo motion control method,an electronic cam control scheme.It researches the cam motion,servo control,planning and other aspects of cam curve.The electronic cam control system based on Delta AHPLC500 programmable controller and intelligent motion control module(20MC) is designed.It can flexibly set the electronic cam parameters through the touch screen,and realize the flexible control of the multi-speed smooth transition and the electronic cam motion trajectory of the servo control system.The research results have been successfully applied to the precise control of the speed and length of the 11-step process in the plastic shell production line.The results show that the study can set the electronic cam parameters flexibly and generate the electronic cam table.The length and speed of the multi-step speed are precisely controlled,which makes the process of the coating process meet the technological requirements of the capsule shell production.%针对伺服运动控制方法存在多段速过渡时存在停动、不平滑等问题,该文提出了电子凸轮控制方案,对电子凸轮的运动特性、伺服控制、凸轮曲线规划等方面进行了研究.设计了基于台达AHPLC500可编程控制器与智能运动控制模块(20MC)的电子凸轮控制系统,电子凸轮参数可通过触摸屏灵活设置,实现了伺服控制系统多段速平滑过渡和电子凸轮运动轨迹的灵活规划等功能.该成果成功应用于胶囊壳生产线中蘸胶过程11段速的长度及速度的精确控制.应用结果表明,该系统可以灵活设置电子凸轮参数,生成电子凸轮表,精确控制多段速的长度和速度,使得蘸胶过程控制满足胶囊壳生产的工艺要求.
