基于PLC的模糊控制污水处理系统

摘要

针对现代污水处理系统的复杂性和难以建立准确数学模型的特点，提出了一种用PLC对系统进行模糊控制的方法及实现。结果表明，基于该方法的系统抗干扰能力强，实现简单，取得了良好的调节品质。模糊控制不需要掌握控制对象的精确数学模型．而是根据控制规则决定控制量的大小。这种控制方法对于存在滞后或随机干扰的系统具有良好的控制效果。%According to the features of the complexity and the precise model that is hard to build in a sewage disposal sys- tem,a fuzzy control method applied to the system with PLC is presented and the fuzzy control algorithm to be realized with PLC is given.The result shows that its antiinterference is powerful and that the method is implemented simply along with a bet- ter control quality.
