The management innovation in Beiqi Futian Vehicle Co.Ltd is analyzed and the theory that management innovation is the cornerstone of enterprise development is pointed out.The paper proposed that the management innovation is the efficient approach for the stated－ owned enterprise in extricating from predicament and establishing mechanisms.%通过对福田公司管理创新的系统分析，阐述管理创新是企业发展的基石，指出了管理创新是国有企业改革脱困建制的有效途径。
