手动变速箱齿轮敲击问题研究

     

摘要

Manual transmission gear rattle noise is a common gearbox noise. Based on the mechanism of gear rattle, the process of noise propagation, and the effects of the Modal Parameters on vibration noise are studied. There is a 1300-2500Hz noise problem existing at the driver's right ear, when vehicle at the acceleration states. By changing the modal parameters of the cable system and gearbox housing, the noise at the driver's right ear is eliminated, which is also demonstrated with the experimental test.%手动变速箱齿轮敲击是一种常见的变速箱噪音。从齿轮敲击产生机理出发,研究变速箱齿轮敲击噪音的传播过程,分析拉索与变速箱壳体模态参数对振动噪音传播影响的机理。结合某车型加速行驶时,驾驶员右耳处存在1300-2500Hz的齿轮敲击噪音问题,通过优化拉索和变速箱壳体设计,改变其模态参数,基本消去驾驶员右耳处噪声,试验验证效果良好。
