基于整车性能开发的发动机机舱集成布置分析

为了使日益紧凑的发动机机舱布置满足整车性能要求,该文从某车型机舱布置入手,分析总结了整车正向开发中机舱集成布置涉及的影响因素,从而使机舱布置更为合理,达到了整车各项性能指标要求,减少了后续整车设计变更带来的周期、成本损失.对设计阶段发动机机舱布置具有指导意义.%In order to make the increasingly compact engine compartment layout meet the performance requirements of the whole vehicle, starting with the engine compartment layout of a certain vehicle model, this paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors involved in the engine compartment integrated layout in the forward development of the whole vehicle, so as to make the engine compartment layout more reasonable, meet the performance index requirements of the whole vehicle, and reduce the cycle and cost losses caused by subsequent design changes of the whole vehicle. It has guiding significance for engine compartment layout in the design stage.
