汽车燃油箱失效形式

摘要

汽车燃油箱是我国和欧洲等地区强制性检验的汽车零部件产品之一，对汽车的安全性起着重要的作用。文章以优化燃油箱设计、提高产品质量为目的，对燃油箱现行标准GB18296--2001要求的检验项目中问题较为集中的检验项目进行了失效原因分析．并给出了燃油箱盖的设计及制造过程注意要点、金属燃油箱内部结构和外观造型以及加工工艺等方面的改进意见，有助于对产品进行针对性的质量控制，避免燃油箱在使用过程中失效。%Abstract:Automobile fuel tank is one of the mandatory inspection parts in China and Europe. It plays an important role in automobile safety. To optimize the design of fuel lank and improve quality for purpose, the paper focused on the test items in GB18296-2001 which the problem is concentrated and failure cause is analyzed. The key points in fuel tank design and manufacturing process are given as well as improving suggestions of metal fuel lank internal structure, appearance styling and manufacturing process,It's helpful to quality control and avoiding invalidation when the fuel tank is in use.
