基于层次－熵权法的统筹城乡发展评价研究

摘要

城乡统筹综合评价是当前理论界研讨的热点之一。在对已有文献进行述评的基础上，构建了包括城乡经济发展统筹、城乡社会发展统筹和城乡人民生活统筹3个层面的12项指标的城乡统筹评价指标体系，并用主客观结合的层次－熵权法对评价指标进行赋权。最后，利用该方法对2013年中国大陆31个省份的城乡统筹度进行了实证对比评价。由东部向西部，城乡统筹度呈现由强到弱的特征，并且强大的经济发展水平是城乡统筹协调发展的必要但非充分条件。%The comprehensive evaluation system about urban-rural integration planning was one of the hot spots of academic research.Based on the review of existing literature, this paper put forward an indicator system for quantitative evaluation on urban-rural integration planning, which focused on three levels of urban-rural integration development planning, i.e.economic, social and people’ s life, totally 12 indicators; and enabled the weight of these indicators on the try of the subjective and objective AHP-entrophy method; and finally with such a method, made an empirical evaluation on the urban-rural integration development degree in 2013 in 31 regions in China.
