基于投影寻踪法的区域物流低碳竞争力评价及实证研究

摘要

Logistics is a higher carbon emission industry and therefore low carbon logistics is the inevitable de-velopment trend under the background of low carbon economy .From low carbon logistics competition environment , development level and potential to construct the low carbon competitiveness evaluation index system of regional lo -gistics , through the projection pursuit method to measure the influence degree of each index of the regional logistics low carbon competitiveness , using the projection value function represents the level of logistics low carbon competi-tiveness , in addition , low carbon competitiveness of regional logistics is sorted and classificated according to the projection value scatter diagram .Application of the relevant data to do the empirical research , measuring logistics low carbon competitiveness index of the 18 cities in Henan Province , which is divided into four competitive levels , besides analyzing the problems that each level of the city faces to improve the logistics low carbon competitiveness and putting forward suggestions .%物流业是碳排放较高的行业，低碳物流是在低碳经济背景下必然的发展趋势。从低碳物流竞争环境、服务能力、发展水平三方面构建区域物流低碳竞争力评价指标体系，通过投影寻踪法测度各指标对区域物流低碳竞争力的影响程度，利用投影值函数表征区域物流低碳竞争力水平，依据投影值散布图对区域物流低碳竞争力进行排序、分类。应用河南省2012年相关数据进行实证研究，测度河南18个地市物流低碳竞争力指数，将其划分为4个竞争层次，分析每个层次的地市在发展物流低碳竞争力中面临的问题并提出建议。
