网络环境下我国综合档案馆在线参考咨询服务探析

摘要

This paper briefly introduces the definition and classification of archives online reference service and surveys the archives web sit of China’s 4 municipalities,23 provinces,5 autonomous regions and 2 Special Administrative Region Government.Through the investigation and analysis,there are some problems on the construction of online reference service of comprehensive archives,such as low of service level,static reference service is not paid enough attention and ignoring the new service mode.The archives should change concept of service,pay attention to technology updates,strengthen team construction so as to improve the quality of online reference service.%文章简述了档案在线参考咨询服务的涵义和分类,并对我国各个省市的政府综合档案馆网站进行了调查分析。我国综合档案馆在线参考咨询服务建设上存在着服务层次较低、不重视静态参考服务、忽视新兴服务方式等问题,文章提出档案馆应转变服务观念、重视技术更新、加强队伍建设从而提高档案馆在线参考咨询服务质量。
