房地产估价档案制度建设探析

Real estate appraisal archives have been paid attention to with the development of real es- tate valuation industry. The paper analyzed the current situation, problems, guiding ideology, principles and requirements of the real estate appraisal archives system construction based on the full sur- veys. And the paper also established a construction system from the framework and basic content.%房地产估价档案随着房地产估价行业的迅速发展而引起人们的重视。论文在对房地产估价档案工作充分调研的基础上，分析了房地产估价档案制度建设现状及存在的问题，明确了房地产估价档案制度建设的指导思想、原则与要求，从框架结构和基本内容两方面构建了房地产估价档案管理制度体系。
