施工项目分包商管理水平评价方法研究

摘要

随分包商的工程内容在整个项目中的比重越来越高,研究分包商的管理水平对圆满完成施工任务、降低成本具有重要意义.采用故障树分析法构建较完整的分包商管理评价体系,再运用模糊综合评价法对分包商管理水平进行有效评价.将该法用于西安市某住宅楼施工项目,评价结果与实际情况较吻合,验证该法有效,且证明该法有助于提高分包商的管理水平、降低分包风险及提升分包盈利.%With the higher important of subcontractor project content in the whole project,to study subcontractor's management level is of great importance for the successful completion of construction task.This paper established the evaluation index systems by the fault tree method,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the subcontractor management fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.One residential under construction project in Xi'an carried on the instance analysis,the project showed that evaluation result accords with the actual situation,and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Therefore,the method aims to improve the subcontractor management level in the engineering construction project,to reduce risk of the subcontract and to improve subcontract project profit.
