磷渣对大掺量矿渣水泥水化性能的影响

         

摘要

Effects of mixing amount of phosphorous slag on the hydration properties of high volume content slag cement were studied by macroscopic analysis including compressive strength and pore solution pH value combined with microscopic analysis including XRD atlas and TG-DTA curves. Experimental results show that compressive strength and pore solution pH value of specimens will decrease with the increase of phosphorous slag replacing slag quantity. Mixing phosphorous slag goes against early strength of HSC, but has no significant influence on its long-term strength. The early hydration activity of phosphorous slag is lower, the hydration products of paste are fewer. And the early hydration reaction is weaker with the increase of mixing amount of phosphorous slag. The hydration activity of phosphorous slag is well played when the age reaches 90 days. And the hydration products of paste are fewer. The long-term hydration reaction is stronger with the appropriate increase of mixing amount of phosphorous slag. In this paper the optimal mixing amount of phosphorous slag replacing slag is about 20%.%通过试件的抗压强度和孔溶液pH值等宏观分析与试件的XRD图谱和TG-DTA曲线等微观分析相结合,研究磷渣掺量对大掺量矿渣水泥水化性能的影响,结果表明:试件抗压强度与孔溶液pH值随磷渣取代矿渣掺量增加而减小,掺入磷渣不利于HSC早期强度的发展,但对后期强度影响较小;磷渣的早期水化活性较低,浆体水化产物较少,早期水化反应随磷渣掺量的增加而减弱;90 d龄期时磷渣的活性得到较好发挥,浆体水化产物较多,后期水化反应随着磷渣掺量的适当增加而有所增强.建议磷渣在大掺量矿渣水泥中取代矿渣的最佳掺量约20%.
