自密实再生混凝土配合比设计与试验研究

             

摘要

This paper designed the mixing proportion of C30 self-compacting recycled concrete and carried out experimental study on its mechanical property. Based on the test results, the influence of curing age, water-reducing admixture amount and recycled congregate substitution ratio on self-compacting concrete slump and compression strength were analyzed, and it was found that self-compacting concrete reaches the C30 trial strength 28 days after pouring and 43% of the mixing strength 56 days after pouring. The optimal amount of water reducing admixture and optimal replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 3% and 40% respectively.%设计C30自密实再生混凝土的配合比并对其力学性能进行试验研究.通过试验数据,分析龄期、减水剂掺量和再生骨料取代率对自密实再生混凝土坍落度、抗压强度的影响,结果表明,自密实再生混凝土28 d后达到C30试配强度,56 d后超过配制强度的43%.减水剂最佳掺量和再生骨料的最佳取代率分别为3%和40%.
