历史街区活化的景观策略--以德国慕尼黑“五个院子”和成都宽窄巷子为例

The historical districts are declining with the urbanization progress, because of the outdated infrastructure, the surrounding city function changes, and the spatial conflicts between exiting environment and the need of contemporary life. Hence, the historical district revitalization are among key issues in urban renewal. In this article, through the studies for two cases of historical district revitalization, it comes into conclusions that space reconstruction, continuity of spatial texture and scale, juxtaposition of old and new, abstraction of historical elements, and reproduce historical scene are the major landscape strategies for public space renewal.%在城市的蓬勃发展中，承载着城市文化记忆的历史街区往往因基础设施陈旧、周边城市功能变迁、空间与现代生活需求匹配度低等原因而逐渐衰退。因此历史街区的活化成为旧城更新的重要课题。本文通过对德国慕尼黑“五个院子”和成都宽窄巷子两个成功案例研究，深入分析其公共空间更新的设计策略，总结出空间重构、肌理及空间尺度延续、新旧并置、历史符号提炼与历史场景再现等景观策略。
