居住小区地下车库社会化的思考

摘要

Combing with some identities of current domestic residential quarter planning and construction, and making reference of relevant experience from practical examples such as "double-level town" and "underground public traffic level", this paper advocates that underground garage in residential quarter should be opened to social public, which can improve urban communication by parking and transportation. In addition, it proposes corresponding design tactics for urban planning, road distribution and underground garage detailed design.%介绍我国居住小区规划建设的若干特征,提出将居住小区地下车库向社会开放,利用其车库停车、交通通行等资源改善城市交通；借鉴实例中的“双层城镇”、“地下公共交通层”等相关经验,在城市规划、道路安排以及地下车库的具体设计等方面提出相应设计策略.
