以大学为依托的养老社区模式分析——美国大学养老社区经验借鉴

摘要

介绍美国新兴的以大学为依托的养老社区的发展趋势和理论依据,并结合几个美国UBRC最佳案例来阐述其可行的模式,对大学和养老社区之间的关系、运营管理模式、社区配套设施和建筑布局进行深入分析,探讨该模式在中国的可行性.%This paper introduces the development trend and theoretical ground of a new model of the design for ageing,i.e.the university-based retirement community (UBRC).It uses several best examples of the UBRC in the United States to explain various models of the UBRC,and provides in-depth analyses on the relationships between the UBRC and universities,the operational and management models,community facilities and architectural layout,etc.,discussing the feasibility of applying this model in China.
