Pro/E在空气枪套橡胶模具设计与制造中的应用

摘要

应用美国PTC公司的Pro/E软件，在对空气枪套的精度和结构仔细分析的基础上，完成三维实体造型、二维工程图纸及NC代码的生成，设计加工出一套结构合理、精度高、使用方便的模具，缩短了模具设计和制造的周期。%With the aid of Pro/E software of PTC a set of rubber die of simple structure,high precision and easy use was designed through three-dimensional shaping,two-dimensional drawing and NC program on the basis of analysis of the precision and structure of the air-casing.It shorten the cycle of the design and manufacture of the die.
