酶法提取松针中的天然香料

摘要

In this study, natural perfume in pine needle was extracted with cellulase. The enzymolysis method, compared to common aqueous extract method, has the following advantages, i.e. milder extracting conditions and higher extraction. The optimum process conditions were determined, and the results showed that the extracting level was increased by 40% or more.%用纤维素酶(CE)法提取松针中的天然香料，确定了酶法提取松针叶中有效成分的最佳工艺条件。与普通的水提取法相比，酶法具有提供条件温和，提取率高等优点，提取率可以提高40%以上。
