Fe-20Mn-0.6C 高锰 TRIP/TWIP 钢微观组织表征

     

摘要

设计出一种 Fe-Mn-C 系 TRIP/TWIP 钢,通过静态拉伸测试热轧钢力学性能,并利用 EBSD、XRD、SEM 分析其拉伸变形后的微观组织变化.结果表明:Fe-20Mn-0.6C 钢板热轧后表现出优异的力学性能,真应变可达到0.59,抗拉强度为1631 MPa.热轧后组织为全奥氏体组织,晶粒尺寸较大并且伴有大量的退火孪晶,变形后出现孪生变形和马氏体相变;变形量较小时,马氏体相变并不明显,较大变形量时大量的马氏体在孪晶界和晶界附近弥散分布;并且随着应变量增大晶粒内出现二次孪生,并与一次孪生呈现多种交割方式.%  Tensile tests were carried out to explore the mechanical properties of a designed TRIP /TWIP steel, and the microstructures of the hot rolled steel before and after deformation have been investigated by using the electron -backscattering diffraction (EBSD), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron micrograph (SEM).The re-sults indicated that the steel after hot rolling exhibited attractively mechanical properties , while the true strain rea-ches 0.59 and the true stress is 1631MPa.The microstructure of the hot-rolled steel mainly contains the austenitic matrix with large grain sizes and lots of annealing twins .Twins and martensitic plates are occurred after tensile de -formation.The martensite phase increases with increasing strain and occurs at the vicinity of twin boundaries and /or grain boundaries, and the second twinning systems have been observed with increasing strain ,which intersected with the first twinning systems by different styles .
