Due to the random changes in wind speed , the fluctuation of the output power of wind farm is large , which may affect the stability of power system when wind farm is merged into a grid .A method for balancing fluctu-ant wind power was proposed to solve this problem .This method is based on a hybrid energy storage system .Firstly, the fluctuation power of wind power output is decomposed , then according to the characteristics of the fluctuating power , a battery and a super capacitor are taken as the energy storage device;secondly , the operation control mode of the energy storage system is designed , which can exchange power precisely and efficiently with wind power sys-tem, so as to make the output power of wind farm track the power-generating command;finally, a simulation is car-ried out under the environment of Matlab/Simulink .The simulation shows that the method can effectively stabilize the fluctuating output power of the wind farm , make the output power of wind farm track the power-generating com-mand stably , and the battery and the super capacitor bring into play their own advantages , therefore extending the service life of battery .%由于风速变化的随机性,风电场的输出功率波动性较大,导致风电场并网会对电力系统稳定性造成影响。为了克服风电输出的波动性问题,提出一种基于混合储能装置平抑风电功率波动的控制方法。首先,对风电输出波动功率进行分解,针对波动功率的特点选择蓄电池和超级电容作为储能装置;其次,设计储能系统的运行控制方式,使其能与风电场进行快速的功率交换,使得风电场输出功率跟踪发电指令;最后,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明该方法能够有效地平抑处理风电场输出波动功率,使得风电场输出功率稳定地跟踪发电指令,蓄电池和超级电容各自发挥优势,延长了蓄电池使用寿命。
