铝浆对多晶硅太阳能电池性能的影响

         

摘要

为探究铝浆中铝粉以及玻璃粉对晶硅太阳能电池性能的影响,采用不同粒径级配铝粉以及不同组分的玻璃粉制备了3种铝浆,并用此3种铝浆经相同工艺制得3组多晶硅太阳能电池.通过对比分析发现,当小粒径铝粉(小于5 μm)占比大于50%时,铝层导电性能明显提升,但表面容易析出铝珠,增加硅片的不平整度;含铅玻璃粉能有效提升电池的光电转化效率,同时减少再生层厚度,使电池翘曲度降低.最佳工艺组合条件下,太阳能电池的光电转换效率达17.63%.%To investigate the influence of aluminum powder and glass frit in aluminum paste on the performance of the polysilicon solar cell, three kinds of aluminum paste were prepared by using aluminum powder with different size gradations and glass frit with different constituents, in addition, three groups of polysilicon solar cell were produced by applying these three kinds of aluminum paste under the same processing condition.The comparative study shows that, when the small aluminum powder (with size less than 5μm) accounts for more than 50%, the electrical conductivity of aluminum layer will rise significantly.However, aluminum bead can be easily separated out from the surface, this will make silicon wafer rougher;the glass frit richly containing lead can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cells and reduce the thickness of the recrystallized layer, the warping degree of solar cells will decrease.Under the condition of the optimal workmanship combination, the photoelectronic conversion efficiency of solar cell can reach 17.63%.
