用压力法测量阀门的泄漏率

摘要

In order to solve the inconvenience of the prevailing online valve leakage measurements,this paper came up with the method for measuring the leakage rate based on the pressure.The method first isolated the valve to be measured,and then added certain pressure to the isolated system.Therefore,the valve's leakage rate was calculated by measuring the pressure drop of the system.Theoretical and practically,this method can measure a valve's leakage rate precisely in the process system without any additional device,and it also does not need to take it out from the system for the measure.%为解决阀门泄漏率在线测量不方便的问题,提出用压力法来测量阀门的泄漏率.压力法通过将需要测量的阀门隔离出来,然后对这个封闭系统施加一定的压力,接着用一段时间内封闭系统的压降来计算阀门的泄漏率.理论分析和实际运用表明,压力法可以在工艺系统不用增加额外的设备,阀门也不需要从系统中拆下来的情况下,精确地测量出阀门的泄漏率.
