润滑油加氢预处理催化剂的比选及工艺优化研究

         

摘要

以大庆石蜡基200SN酮苯脱蜡油为原料,开展了加氢精制与加氢裂化组合催化剂以及加氢精制催化剂之间的对比评价,为炼厂润滑油加氢预处理催化剂的选择和工艺条件优化提供指导.结果表明,在相同的工艺条件下2组催化剂加氢脱杂质性能和改善黏指性能相近,但组合催化剂润滑油馏分收率损失较大;采用HDT-01加氢精制催化剂,在体积空速1.45 h-1、反应温度385℃、氢气分压13.5 MPa、氢油体积比800:1的条件下,大于400℃润滑油馏分产品的硫含量<1.0μg/g,氮含量<1.0μg/g,黏指116,收率77%,可高收率获得异构段原料.%Using the paraffin base 200SN benzol-ketone dewaxing oil produced in Daqing as feedstock, a comparative evaluation of the hydrotreating catalysts combined with the hydrocracking catalyst and the hydrotreating catalyst was carried out respectively, providing a guidance to the selection of lubricant oil hydrotreating catalysts and process condition optimization for refinery. The results showed that under the same reaction conditions, the hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogen performance and the viscosity index increment performance of two groups of catalysts was equivalent, but the loss of lube distillate yield was larger when using the combined catalysts. The results showed under the optimized operating conditions of hydrotreating catalyst HDT-01, i.e. LHSV of 1.45 h-1, reaction temperature of 385℃, hydrogen partial pressure of 13.5 MPa and hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 800:1, the sulphur content of heavy lube fraction is less than 1.0 μg/g, nitrogen content is less than 1.0 μg/g, the viscosity index reaches 116 and the yield reaches 77 %, obtaining isomerization segment feeds with high yield.
