腐殖酸接枝丙烯酸改性制备天然产物基阻垢剂研究

摘要

The copolymer of humic acid( HA) and acrylic acid( AA) was studied as scale inhibitor,humic acid was modificated by acrylic acid. The effect of molar ratio, initiator dosage, temperature, time on the performance of scale-inhibitor were studied. The results showed : the molar ratio of HA to AA is 1∶1 ,initiator dosage percentage is 10％ , reaction temperature is 75 ℃ , the reaction time is 4 h, the rate of HAA scale-inhibition is 95％ . A new green scale inhibitor was reserached. The scale-inhibitor had some advantages , such as easy operation , easy materials , low cost, etc.%腐殖酸(HA)接枝丙烯酸(AA)改性制备天然产物基阻垢剂,研究了物质的量比、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对聚合物阻垢性能的影响.结果表明,物质的量HA:AA=1:1,引发剂用量为10%,反应温度75℃,反应时间4 h时,阻垢效果达到最好95%.开发了一种腐殖酸基改性聚合物的阻垢剂,其具有生产工艺简单、原料易得、成本低、螯合能力强的优点.
