不同提取方法测定黑芝麻中芝麻素含量的比较研究

摘要

To study the extraction methods of the sesamin content determination of Semen sesamin nigrum,high performance liquid chromatography is used to compare the sesamin content of Semen sesamin nigrum in three methods:vapor reflux extraction,ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction and ultrasound technique.Test show that vapor veflux extraction method promotes a complete extraction,and gain the highest content of sesamin.The result show that vapor reflux extraction method,as the pretreatment of the sesamin determination from Semen sesame nigrum,is the most accurate and reliable.It can be used on quality control of Semen sesamin nigrum.%为了黑芝麻药材中芝麻素含量测定的前提取方法的筛选,采用高效液相色谱法,比较了水蒸气回流提取、超声-微波协同、超声3种处理方法测定黑芝麻药材中芝麻素的含量.实验证明,水蒸气回流提取法促使萃取完全,使测得的芝麻素含量最高.结果表明,水蒸气回流提取法作为黑芝麻中芝麻素含量测定的前处理方法,结果准确、可靠,可用于黑芝麻药材的质量控制.
