一种兼顾黄酮提取的苎麻生物脱胶预处理方法

     

摘要

The feasibility and the optimum process for retrieving flavone in the process of biological pro-cessing of ramie fiber were studied.The results showed that,compared to retrieve flavonoid from the de-gumming waste solution,it is more economical and simple to extract flavonoid from ramie bast in the pre-treatment process before bio-degumming.The parameters for flavonoid using ethanol-ultrasonic method were optimized by orthogonal experiment and the results presented as follows:liquid-solid (mL/g)ratio 20∶1 ,70% ethanol,ultrasonic treatment for 40 min.Under these conditions,the extraction efficiency reached 1 .384%.The degumming experiments confirmed that the ethanol-ultrasonic treatment process not only did not affect the quality of the final fiber,but also reduced the degumming time by about 6 h.%研究探讨了苎麻生物脱胶过程中回收利用黄酮的可行性及最佳工艺。结果表明,相对于从脱胶废液中回收黄酮,在脱胶前结合预处理过程回收黄酮更加高效、经济和简便。从苎麻韧皮中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:液固比20∶1 mL/g,乙醇浓度70%,超声时间40 min。在该条件下,总黄酮提取得率达1.384%。随后的生物脱胶实验表明,乙醇-超声波提取黄酮的预处理方式,不但没有降低苎麻纤维的加工质量,而且将苎麻生物脱胶时间由19 h缩短至13 h。
