一种以棕榈油为原料的相变材料的制备方法

     

摘要

以棕榈油为原料经酯交换反应制得饱和脂肪酸甲酯,再与十六醇按质量比10∶1制成复合相变材料,其熔点Tm 26.9℃,相变潜热212.5 J/g.该材料应用到建筑围护结构中,适用于南方地区,利用围护结构吸收和储存白天进入室内的太阳辐射热,夜间时释放能量,减少室内温度波动,提高室内热舒适性,降低采暖或制冷能耗,降低建筑能耗.%Using palm oil as raw material,prepared saturated fatty acid methyl esters by trans-esterification,then add cetyl alcohol into saturated fatty acid methyl esters(mass ratio 10∶1).The complex phase change material's Tm is 26.9 ℃,latent heat is 212.5 J/g.The material is applied to the building,suitable for southern area,absorb and store the sun's heat during the day,then release energy at night,reduce temperature fluctuations indoor,improve comfort indoor,reduce heating or cooling energy,to reduce building energy consumption.
