This paper describes the design concept of the automaticdetecting system of the flight control and analysis the important engineering problems in the develope. Some adaptive method of the overcoming problems have been proposed.%介绍了飞行指挥智能监视系统的设计方案，分析了研制中的主要技术难点，并提出了相应的解决办法。
