In order to explore the mechanism of cascading failure occurs in power grid system, this paper proposed a cascading failure model, in which considered energy dissipation and capability expansion. The computer simulation results show that under the driven of energy dissipation and capability expansion, the system can evolve to a self-organized critical status. This model well explained the self-organized critical phenomenon of power system. In addition, studied the measures for preventing cascading failure. The results show that as far as a few key nodes are under controlled and the proper diverting methods are carried out, the failure size can be reduced greatly.%为了研究电力网络中级联故障产生的机理,提出了一个含能量耗散和容量扩充的级联故障模型,并用元胞自动机方法进行模拟.结果显示,在能量耗散和容量扩充这两种因素的驱动下,系统能够达到自组织临界状态.该模型较好地解释了电力系统中出现的自组织临界现象.此外,还进一步研究了级联故障的控制措施,结果发现,通过对系统中的重要节点进行控制并采取适当的分流策略,能够大大降低级联故障的规模.
