一种推拉结合的生产计划与调度模型

摘要

通过分析混合流程企业生产计划管理的实际需求特点,提出生产工艺流程图和一种推拉结合的生产计划与调度模型.模型以订单、库存和预投为综合需求起点,以拉式补货的方式制订有限产能的主生产计划,依据工艺流程图分解生成可行的流程作业计划和离散作业计划,以及车间级物料需求计划等.在生产执行中则结合工序流转卡等方式进行推式生产,以保证生产过程的良好连续性和均衡性.本模型在生产管理系统软件中得以应用,并已在企业实施.%This paper proposed the process flow network and a push-pull model for production planning and scheduling, featuring the practical requirements in HME.The model produced master plans with constrains of limited capacities, pulled by integrative demands of orders, quasi orders and inventory control, and further provided feasible plans for both continue and discrete processes, as well as material required plans for workshops according to the process flow network.To advance continuity and equilibrium, the production processes were designed to be pushed by such approaches as process circulation card, etc.The model was applied in a production management system which has been implemented in actual businesses.
