面向订单的模块化时间定额的确定方法

摘要

现代制造环境下,生产模式从批量生产逐渐变为面向订单的定制生产.由于定制产品的重复度低,生产数量少,使得传统的工时定额方法已经无法有效地对其工时定额进行快速、精确的计算.由此,根据成组技术和模块化思想提出了一种新的工时定额方法.该方法首先结合产品特点对定制产品进行模块划分;根据定制特点建立通用模块和定制模块;再由通用模块和定制模块构建出独立的工时模块模型;最后工时模块快速组合计算定制产品的工时定额.该方法实现了面向订单的定制生产工时定额的快速制定,并通过实例证明了该方法的有效性.%In modern manufacturing environment, production mode gradually changed from batch production to the customization mode that order-oriented.Due to the poor repeatability and the low yield of this production mode, the traditional method can' t calculate the time-quote effectively and accurately.Thus this paper put forward a new method to determine the time quota based on the group technology and modularization.At first, the production was divided into modules based on the product characteristics.General module and custom module should be built according to the characteristics of customization.Then the independent time module could be obtained based on the structure of the general and custom modules' mathematical model.Finally, time quote could be determined quickly by combining man-hour modules.
