跨层协作的两级垂直切换判决

         

摘要

在建构网络质量QoN概念的基础上,将跨层协作和两级判决相结合,提出一种新型的垂直切换模型,并给出了详细流程.仿真表明,该算法相对于传统算法而言,在切换时延和服务终端时延等指标上均有显著改善,从而证明了两级判决能优化切换流程,确保业务连续性.%This paper proposed a novel vertical handover model based on cross-layer collaboration and hierarchical decision, along with detailed vertical handover flow descriptions. Furthermore, it introduced a new concept of QoN, which described the quality of network. Simulation shows that the proposed solution is superior to existing algorithms from the perspective of han-dover latency and session interruption delay. By virtue of handover flow optimization with hierarchical decision, it assures the session continuity.
