突发环境事件等级评估方法研究

摘要

For determining the environmental emergency grading problem with different types of indicators,and thus can for-mula emergency plans and emergency resource schedules immediately,this paper proposed a rating model based on the im-provement of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model obtains objective weight and subjective weight by entropy method and improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP)method respectively,and obtains comprehensive weight by weight fitting.Then construct fuzzy evaluation matrix to get the final results of evaluation and verifies the rationality and validi-ty of the method by a practical case.%为了快速确定不同类型指标下突发环境事件分级问题，从而快速准确地制定突发事件应急预案和调度应急资源，提出一种基于改进模糊综合评价方法的突发环境事件等级评估模型。该模型分别利用熵权法和改进模糊层次分析法求得客观权重与主观权重，并进行权重拟合求得综合权重，构建模糊评价矩阵求得最终评价结果，最后通过案例验证了方法的合理性和有效性。
