在信息不对称的供应链中,市场需求预测信息的共享不仅会影响制造商的产能决策,也会影响终端需求满足率从而影响供应链成员的利润.研究在有一个制造商和多个零售商的供应链中,将信任视为一个0~1的连续变量,建立信任因子模型讨论信任在信息共享中对制造商产能决策的影响.通过对模型的求解可以得到制造商的产能决策分北与零售商汇报的市场需求信息和制造商对零售商的信任程度呈现正相关关系.同时,通过数值分析对信任因子模型进行仿真求解以及灵敏度分析,表明了模型的有效性.%In the supply chain with asymmetry information,information sharing about forecast demand not only could affect capacity decision of manufacturer,but also affected the demand fulfill of end customers.This paper identified trust as a continuous variable between 0 and 1,and quantified how trust influences capacity decision in a supply chain with multiple retailers.This paper illustrated that in a one-time interaction,capacity investment decision of manufacturer was respectively increasing in retailers' report and manufacturer's trust in retailers.In the meanwhile,this paper discussed the trust-based model by numerical analysis and shows the effectiveness of the model.
