The presented power stage is capable of output 3 A load current at a power efficiency approaching 92%. The paper descripts the model of current mode buck DC-DC converter output power stage, circuits and layout details of power switch driver stage, power switch sense, slope compensation are also presented. The results of the work are also presented.
