基于光纤数字通信的煤矿供电防越级跳闸保护设备应用研究

     

摘要

Be aimed at the problem of skip-level iterview for a long time and combined characteristics of coal mine power system with the difficult problems it faces, the system of skip-level interview protection of coal mine power supply has been designed configurated with digital substation, High speed optical fiber communication network and nanosecond patented synchronous sampling. Optic-fibre differential accomplishes main protection instead of over-flow section The application in sites shows that that the system with high reliability and convenient installation and operation has solved the problem of skip-level interview reliably and it meets the rquirements of atomation power sytem.%结合煤矿井下供电保护技术现状,针对长期存在的越级跳闸问题,基于全站数据共享的数字化变电站技术,应用高速大容量新处理技术及纳秒级同步采样专利技术,采用点对点光纤通信网络的光纤纵差保护取代速断过流保护为主保护,设计了一种煤矿供电防越级跳闸保护设备.现场应用表明,该套设备功能齐全、可靠性高、功能扩展性强,并彻底解决了井下"越级跳闸"问题,满足电力系统中综合自动化的要求.
