提出一种基于IEC61850和SoPC的数字化变电站计量仪表设计方案.在DE2—70开发板的基础上,首先依据IEC61850标准对数字化变电站计量仪表进行了总体设计;其次对基于FPGA的电量参数算法进行了研究;最后完成了光纤通信电路、快速以太网接口电路、双软核SoPC系统等硬件电路的设计.基于FPGA的数字化变电站计量仪表设计方案具有设计手段先进、灵活性高、并行数据处理的特点.%This paper proposes a design scheme of the digitized substation measuring instrument based on IEC61850 and SOPC.The design on the basis of DE2-70 development board. Firstly,according to IEC61850 standard, the overall design of digitized substation measuring meters is carried on.and then studied the power parameters based on FPGA, finally completed the optical fiber circuit, 10/100M Ethernet circuit, double Nios II nuclear SOPC system design, the design of watt-hour meter in digital substation based on FPGA has the characteristics of dvanced and high flexibility.
