可伸缩视频编码的快速帧内模式选择算法

This paper proposes a new fast intra mode decision algorithm for SVC enhancement layer (EL). Firstly, we simplify EL intra layer prediction based on the statistical mode distribution of BL and EL. Then we further propose a new algorithm that can optimize SVC INTRA_BL mode decision process. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can reduce the total encoding time by up to 59.6% with negligible bit rate increase and loss of PSNR.%提出了一种适用于SVC增强层的快速帧内模式选择算法.首先利用基本层和增强层模式分布的相关性,优化了增强层的帧内预测过程；并提出了一种能优化SVC的INTRA_BL模式选择过程的算法.实验结果证明,在比特率和PSNR值保持相近的情况下,该算法的编码时间可减少59.6％.
