The quantum mechanical behavior of classically chaotic systems,usually referred to as quantum chaos,is of interest,since the classical limit is still poorly understood for soft chaos^([1,2]).Here the spatio-temporal evolution of axially symmetric harmonic oscillator coherent states under the action of perturbed Harniltonian with octupole deformation is studied for a classically soft chaotic systems.The initial coherent
