退变椎间盘中NF-κB与IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α表达的相关性研究进展

摘要

Disc degeneration is the most common cause of waist pain. It can bring patients suffering and serious interference of daily life and work. But inflammatory cytokine( IL-1 ,IL-6,TNF -α )play an important role in disc degeneration. NF-κB is the key factor which can adjust the cell gene transcription and regulate expression of inflammatory factor. This article reviews the research advance on relationship between NF-κB and IL-1 ,IL-6,TNF -α in degenerative discs.%椎间盘退变是导致腰腿痛常见的原因之一,给患者带来极大痛苦的同时严重干扰了患者的日常生活和工作.NF-κB作为调节细胞基因转录的关键因子,能对炎症因子的表达起到一定的调控作用,而炎性细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α在椎间盘退变中发挥着重要作用,现就椎间盘退变中NF-κB与IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α表达的相关性做一综述.
